This apartment features a furnished terrace with a barbecue and garden views. It has two bedrooms. In the living room there is a sofa, TV a dining table. an extra bed and a kitchenette. The apartement is suitable for 5 persons. The hotel style bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and it has under floor heating. The whole apartment has under floor heating and is therefore open all year around. You have your own entrance and private parking space

Maximum occupancy: 2-5p (the fifth person is a child) Location: The appartment is situated on the terrain of Quinta Japonesa just one stair away from the swimmingpool and community room. From this apartment you can see the playground with the trampoline.

Kitchenette: Two induction cookers, a sink, a small fridge, plates. pans, glassware for 4/5 persons. There is a watercooker and a coffee machine. The microwave in the community room can be used. If needed you can wash clothes in the washing machine in the garage.
